On a Small Business Server (SBS) you might find that the DataServiceComponents.log file grows quite big. In the instance below it was 6GB in size and located in
C:\Program Files\Windows Small Business Server\Logs\MonitoringServiceLogs
In order to be able to delete this log file you need to stop the Windows SBS Manager service. Once stopped you can safely purge this file. Then start the service back up.
